Payment Methods

We currently accept PayPal and Stripe for secure checkout.
Payment must be completed at checkout to begin order processing.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Tracking:
Tracking information is uploaded when available after shipment processing.

U.S. Shipping:

• Free shipping is available on many lightweight orders within the U.S. mainland
• Orders are packaged securely and discreetly when applicable
• Products ship from trusted U.S.-based suppliers and distributors

International Shipping:

Cypress Store offers international shipping on many product categories, including wellness, lingerie, novelty items, and selected specialty products.

Important Restrictions:

Diecast collectible items are currently available for U.S. shipping only and cannot be shipped to:

• International destinations
• P.O. Boxes
• Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
• APO, FPO, or DPO addresses

If an international order includes a restricted item, that item will be canceled and refunded while eligible items may still ship separately.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

If an item cannot be shipped due to local restrictions or supplier limitations, the order may be canceled and refunded.

Discreet Packaging

Wellness and lifestyle orders are shipped in plain packaging designed to help protect customer privacy.

Return Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of many wellness products, all sales are generally considered final unless an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To request assistance with an order:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos showing the issue when applicable

Once approved, we may offer:

• A replacement item, or
• A refund if a replacement is unavailable

Return Shipping:

• If an item is confirmed defective or incorrect, return shipping assistance may be provided
• If the item is not defective, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Collector Information

Diecast collectible packaging may occasionally show minor shelf wear from manufacturer or distributor handling. This is common with collectible products and does not affect the item itself unless otherwise noted.

Inventory Notice

Due to supplier availability and market demand, some items may occasionally become temporarily unavailable.

If this occurs, customers will be contacted with available options, including:

• A full refund, or
• Waiting for restock and delayed shipment
