U.S. Shipping
Many orders within the continental United States qualify for free shipping.
Orders are packaged securely and discreetly when applicable.
Products ship from warehouse locations within the United States.
International Shipping
Cypress Store offers international shipping on many product categories, including sexual wellness products, lingerie, novelty items, and selected specialty products.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on destination or applicable regulations.
Diecast collectibles are available for shipment to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) only.
At this time, we are unable to ship diecast collectibles to:
International destinations
Alaska
Hawaii
Puerto Rico
P.O. Boxes
APO, FPO, or DPO addresses
If an order includes both eligible items and restricted diecast products, the restricted items will be canceled and refunded, while any remaining eligible items may still be shipped.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country for eligible international shipments.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is important to us.
Sexual wellness and lifestyle products are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no product names or identifying information displayed on the outside of the package.
Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligible Returns
Products damaged during shipping.
Products with verified manufacturing defects.
Unopened and unused items returned in their original factory-sealed packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products.
Lingerie or intimate apparel that has been opened, worn, or used.
Personal wellness products that have been opened or used.
Clearance, closeout, and Final Sale items.
Due to health and hygiene considerations, used or unsealed intimate products cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us through the marketplace where you made your purchase as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images are accurate. However, manufacturers may occasionally update packaging, colors, product specifications, or included accessories without prior notice.
Product images are provided for reference and may vary slightly from the item received.
Collector Information
Packaging for diecast collectibles may occasionally show minor shelf wear or light handling marks from the manufacturer or normal distribution. This is common within the collectibles industry and does not affect the collectible itself unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Inventory Availability
We work hard to keep our inventory current. However, because inventory changes quickly, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed.
If this occurs, we will contact you promptly with available options, which may include:
A full refund.
Waiting for the item to become available.
A comparable replacement product (only with your approval).
Pricing
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
If a pricing or listing error occurs, Cypress Store reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before shipment.
